We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@freshwaveessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
